Friedhats made me expect milk chocolate, green tea and dates. I never really got the milk chocolate, but the green tea and dates were there.
It made for a surprising cup. Floral, silky, and something I can easily see becoming a daily driver, especially for the late evening cravings. My daughter agrees as well. She thought her vanilla iced latte was really good :D
Will definitely buy this again. I use Spa, which is very soft water, so maybe next time I’ll brew with something harder and see if other notes pop up.

20 g in, 40 g out, then let down to roughly 1:4 with hot water as an americano. The notes below describe the diluted cup. 93 °C is the machine's factory setpoint rather than a measured brew temperature.
Where this comes from
Drinks both regular coffee and decaf, brews at home, not a professional taster. Every tasting note lists the recipe so you can calibrate against your own palate.
